Job Description

Strategy, development, and innovation are just a few of the keys essential to success in Operations. We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to manage supply in Ghana. 


You will be responsible for a team of marketers, medical team, brand & communications, and HR. You will have a direct impact on the operations and impact of business.  

He or she will also meet and exceed expectations, show success through various metrics, and develop strategies across all platforms. If you're the operations maverick we are looking for, we would love to have you join our team.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Create and optimize processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations 

  • Manage team to support daily operations

  • Lead, recruit, coach & retain high-performing team members 

  • Support efforts made by other departments to integrate into their workflow while achieving new and exciting goals. 

  • Be a key player in building a high-performing team of Operations Coordinators that achieves/exceeds supply targets 

  • Delight customers: Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure we offer customers the best experience  

  • Strategize effective campaign models and ideas to achieve specific goals and improve the company's overall sales and visibility 

  • Lead colleagues both inside and outside of your department in developing key patterns and using them to boost the company's profile 

  • Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges 




Job Skills & Qualifications 


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, sales, marketing, or related field 

  • At least two years of experience in a management role 

  • Ability to drive performance of direct reports and lead a team in a lean health-tech environment 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations 

  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys , etc.)  

  • Ability to lead team and delegate tasks, and excellent interpersonal skills


  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing techniques 

  • Prior experience working in digital marketing
